IT IS NOT GUARANTEED THAT THE CHOSEN EXTRA LANGUAGE CAN BE OFFERED. THIS IS DEPENDANT UPON OUTSIDE RESOURCES WHERE THE LANGUAGE SKILLS GO BEYOND THAT OF THE LANGUAGE SKILLS POSSESSED WITHIN THE ACADEMY.

Agreement

An agreement must be signed by student and parent/carer re: the need to attend support sessions if required and complete mock exams just like other subjects.

AN EXTRA GCSE WOULD BE DONE IN Y11 NOT BEFORE

AN EXTRA A-LEVEL WOULD BE DONE IN Y13 NOT BEFORE

Any extra language qualification is based on existing skills that are high enough to take this on in addition to their normal timetable, it is not a replacement qualification
