In order to communicate effectively and efficiently with our parents and guardians, we use an online system.
The system is called the School Gateway and will enable you to:
- Receive letters electronically
- Receive Interim reports electronically
- Receive electronic notification if your child has not turned up to school
- See your child’s timetable electronically (*App only)
In order to benefit from these services, we will need an email address for up to two people with parental responsibility which will usually be Birth Mother and Birth Father.
The School Gateway can also be accessed via a website, www.schoolgateway.com.
*If you also supply us with a mobile phone number, you will be also be able to download an App to your smart device.
Please ensure you return any Data Collection Sheet updates and fill it in very carefully. Any contact with parental responsibility, an email address and a mobile phone number will be able to receive information in this way and access the School Gateway App.
